Why do I need to register?
Registering is desireable as this enables you to view your order history which is useful should you ever need to order items in future.
How do I place an order?
Find your child’s school on our Uniforms by School page, select the item that you require and choose the size needed then add to basket. Once you have finished doing this for all the items you require, go to the Shopping Basket in the top right hand corner and proceed to checkout, then follow the instructions on screen to make payment.
What payment cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
How do I change my password?
Log into My Account then on the left menu select “Account Information.” This will take you to the “Edit Account Information” page where you should enter your existing password in the “Current Password” box then tick the “Change Password” box directly below it, which will then display the Change Password dialogue where you can enter your new password and save it.
What do I do if I forget my password?
On the top “Account” drop-down menu select “Log In”, then on the next page select “Forgot your Password” (or click here to go direct to the Forgot Your Password page). Follow the instructions on screen to send a password reset email to your registered email address, then click on the link in the email to proceed with the reset.
